LaunderLess is currently available exclusively in Manotick, Ontario, serving clients within the K4M postal code.

LaunderLess offers fully contactless pickup and drop-off at your door. At the time of booking, you’ll select a convenient time window. You do not need to be home — simply leave your laundry in a secure, accessible location.

• Standard Service: $2.95/lb (48-hour turnaround)
• Rush Service: $3.45/lb (24-hour turnaround, subject to availability)
• Minimum Order: 20 lbs ($59 for Standard, $69 for Rush)
• Totes: $12 each
• Hazard Handling (if applicable): $50
• Missed laundry pick-up (if applicable): $20

For your first order, place laundry in clean, sealed plastic or garbage bags. We will return your items in one or more of our LaunderLess reusable totes (charged at $12 each). Each tote carries approx. 3–4 loads of folded laundry and is designed to last.

For all future orders, simply use your LaunderLess tote(s) for both pickup and return.

Yes, there is a 20-pound minimum per order. Orders under this threshold will still be charged at the minimum rate of $59 (Standard Service) or $69 (Rush Service).

If we arrive for pickup and your laundry is not available, a $20 missed pickup fee will apply. This helps cover travel time and lost service capacity.

We select laundry products based on soil level and garment condition. We prioritize hypoallergenic and scent-free options when possible. If you have specific sensitivities or preferences, let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We recommend not sending delicates or heat-sensitive items, as our standard laundering process includes heat drying. For specialty items (e.g., children’s snowsuits, soft bags), please inquire in advance — we’ll confirm if we can accommodate and quote any additional costs.

• Oversized items (e.g., duvets, pillows, rugs, winter coats)
• Laundry contaminated with blood, bodily fluids, mold, excessive pet hair, or pests. These items will be returned unwashed and may incur a $50 hazard handling fee.

Yes. Lights and darks are separated. All pockets are inspected, and laundry is washed in cold water to preserve colour. Each client’s laundry is handled separately for hygiene and privacy.

Yes — stain treatment is always included, but results are not guaranteed.
Undergarments are excluded from stain treatment.

Clean, folded laundry is returned in your zipper-sealed, reusable tote(s) to the pick-up location. Once delivered, we are no longer responsible for loss, theft, or weather-related damage (although our reusable totes are water resistant to an extent).

While we take great care with every item, we are not liable for:

• Shrinkage or fading from heat drying
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., holes, rips)
• Items left in pockets
• Colour bleeding

While the minimum order is charged at the time of booking, any additional costs are invoiced and due upon delivery. Convenient payment methods are available on the LaunderLess website.
Late payments are subject to a $10/day late fee, up to a maximum of $200. Repeat late payments may result in suspended service.

Yes — cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed pickups are subject to a $20 fee.

Absolutely. We collect only what’s necessary to process your order, communicate updates, and (if you opt in) send promotions. We never sell or share your data.
